What is Kundalini & Kriya Yoga
Kundalini is the inner energy potential we all carry within-a powerful force that, when awakened, brings balance, clarity, and transformation.
Through a combination of movement, pranayama (breathwork), mudra (hand positions), mantra (repetition of sacred sounds or phrases), and bandha (energy locks), each sequence (called a kriya) moves subtle energy through the nadis - the inner channels within us. This process helps us return to who we truly are, to what we may have forgotten… ourselves.
In my Somatic Kundalini Flow approach, the body is not separate - it holds memory, emotion, and experience.
By moving, breathing, and tuning into the body through kriya, we begin to shift what is stored within, allowing energy to move and something deeper to soften, release, and realign.
Each event is guided intuitively, responding to the energy of the group, or, in private sessions, to the individual.
All practices are personally experienced and embodied by me before being shared, so each journey is authentic and grounded in real transformation.
Some events are gentler, others more energizing -always guided by breath, presence, and the natural flow of the moment.
