Prenatal Yoga in south Manchester
A gentle space to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself as you become a mother.
Pregnancy is a time of deep change.
Your body shifts, your energy changes, and so does your identity.
In a world that’s always rushing, pregnancy asks you to slow down.
Not to perform. Just to be.
Through gentle movement, breath, meditation and rest.
To soften. To listen. To trust your own flow.

Why practise with me
I’m a nurse and yoga teacher, and I started this practice during one of the most intense times of my life.
During my own pregnancy, this work deepened even more, and led me to train in prenatal yoga.
My classes are gentle, intuitive, and grounded in both experience and care.
This isn’t about pushing your body. It’s about feeling safe in it.
A space where you can slow down, be supported, and just be.
