In clinical hypnotherapy, I create personalized sessions based on your goals and what you wish to shift-whether that relates to anxiety, sleep, confidence, habits, or weight-related patterns. This supports the subconscious mind in releasing limiting patterns and creating space for clarity, balance, and change.

Some sessions may also include hypnodialogue-a gentle way of exploring thoughts and emotions while in trance, allowing insights to naturally emerge.

I also use approaches like EmoTrance and body-based dialogue to support emotional release and restore a sense of flow, lightness, and ease within the body.
