In Service to the Collective: My Path to Yoga and Beyond
My journey began as a nurse in intensive care, where I witnessed how deeply stress can affect both body and mind. During the pandemic, yoga became my way back to balance-and that decision changed everything.
I later trained in India in Kundalini & Kriya Yoga, immersing myself in a path that transformed the way I understand healing, energy, and presence.
Today I share these practices through yoga, meditation, and hypnotherapy, creating spaces for reconnection, emotional release, and inner transformation.
Alongside this, I offer private sessions blending yoga, hypnotherapy, and intuitive practices, including past life regression, supporting deeper exploration and clarity.
My journey continues to evolve, now also supporting women through prenatal yoga with the same intention of presence, trust, and connection.
All of my work is guided by intuition, rooted in presence, and in service to the collective.
This work is not about fixing or performing.
It’s about returning.
You already carry the answers within you-I simply hold space and gently remind you of what has always been yours.
